I missed a whole week of going to the gym. Went back toady and well... I had a lot of extra time so I spent it there. I thought I had a lot to make up for since I missed all of last week. I wanted to step it up. I am thinking of registering for the Multiple Sclerosis Challenge Walk in September. It is a 3-day, 50 mile walk from Carlsbad to San Diego. I am weighing the realities of being able to take on this endeavor.
I've been setting personal goals (baby steps) to mark my road back to health and fitness (and back to a size 36 pants). I am wondering if I should make one big step. I wonder if this is the step.
