Tahoe 2007: Day Three

One thing about having this many people together plus guests is the logistic involved in dinner time. We were fortunate enough to have access to another kitchen, Thanks Jim and Michelle!!
Tonight's menu:

1. Teriyaki Chicken - Donna
2. Salad (what's that?) - not me!
3. Popcorn chicken - me
4. Spaghetti - Kathy, Derrick and Donna
5. Shrimp Stir Fry - Donna
6. Steamed corn - Kathy
7. Steamed rice
8. Lemon bars - me
9. Personalized cheesecakes - me

After everything was cooked and ready to go, the assembly line started...

After dinner, the short break to catch one's breath...

Then the Speed Scrabble started once again!
